The potential of the strategic development of the united territorial communities of the region

Abstract

The article discusses the results of the study of economic opportunities which are in the potential of development and achievement of strategic goals of regional communities of the region. There are four types of strategic approaches that underpin the development of the terrain, in the physical environment, or business development, or human resources development, or local community initiatives. It is recommended to combine different elements of these approaches in the Community Development Strategy, depending on the needs and conditions of the particular locality.
