The editorial office of the Ukrainian Black Sea Region Agrarian Science journal is committed to handling all complaints, appeals, and ethical concerns promptly, fairly, and constructively.
Each case is reviewed individually in line with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines, considering its nature and complexity.
Complaints
Any complaints or concerns related to editorial or publication ethics should be submitted via e-mail to: ubsras@bsagriculture.com.ua.
Complaints must be concise, factual, and supported by sufficient evidence or documentation, where possible.
All complaints are normally reviewed within 30 working days, although complex cases may require additional time.
Submissions containing offensive, defamatory, or threatening language will not be considered.
If a complaint falls outside the journal’s scope of responsibility, the complainant will be informed of the reasons for non-consideration.
Appeals
Authors have the right to appeal editorial decisions if they believe that a decision was made unfairly or without sufficient justification.

Appeals must be submitted in writing to ubsras@bsagriculture.com.ua within 30 calendar days of receiving the editorial decision.
The appeal should include the article title, a clear and reasoned explanation of the concern, and any supporting materials (if applicable).
The appeal will be considered by the Editor-in-Chief or a designated Editorial Board member who was not involved in the original decision.
If necessary, an additional independent peer review may be initiated.
All appeals are reviewed within 30 calendar days, and the author will receive a written, reasoned response indicating the final decision.
Decisions made after the appeal process are final and not subject to further review.
