All scientific materials submitted to the editorial board of the journal, once approved, are disseminated under the international Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) licence. By submitting a manuscript, the author confirms the originality of the work, declares the absence of plagiarism or any infringement of intellectual property rights, and certifies that the text has not been previously published or submitted to any other publisher.
The intellectual property rights to the scientific work remain with the author. At the same time, the editorial office is granted the right to the first publication and to distribute the article under the terms of the CC-BY licence. This includes the publication of the material in print, its presentation in English or Ukrainian, as well as the reproduction of electronic copies and translations in open access. Articles and their translations may be hosted on the journal’s website, in international scientometric databases, and in institutional repositories.
When citing or otherwise using the published research, it is mandatory to provide an accurate bibliographic reference or an active hyperlink to the publication available on the official website of the journal.
