Abstract
The main components of the concept “public-private partnership” have been studied. The purpose, mechanisms and directions of partnership implementation have been defi ned. The main features of public-private partnership have been supplemented. The connection between the partnership activity of agricultural enterprises and the welfare of rural territories have been substantiated. The directions of activity of public-private partnership in the agricultural sector of the economy have been proposed.
