Abstract
The article explores the main trends in the development of the dairy market and proposes a step-by-step scheme for promoting dairy products to the consumer market. It has been established that the dairy market in Ukraine is very diverse and highly competitive. The main trends in the development of dairy products assortment: healthy eating, increasing in the plant-based milk analogues and lactose free products sector. The target consumer segment and its features, the main stages of the campaign in promoting dairy products on the market were deined.
