Abstract

The author studies the global processes and phenomena, social systems, relationships between states of the world as part of the activities of international organizations. It is proved that the security of the social system reflects its state, which allows to neutralize threats, protect interests, preserve integrity, promote development, and mechanisms of neutralization of threats, conflicts of interests depend on the complexity of the system and its dynamism. It is substantiated that the partnership with international organizations allows attracting, including on favorable terms, financial resources for the purpose of implementing programs, ensuring development and security of the society.
