Highly Productive Cows of Holstein Breed Under Intensive Technology

Abstract

The article presents the assessment results of the trait development in highly productive cows of Holstein breed with intensive milk production technology. It is established that the cows of the group “>9956”, in terms of the level of productivity during the first, second, third and fourth lactations, exceed the animals of the group “<7936”. The variability and repeatability of breeding traits in cows with different levels of productivity indicates at their development during the period of production in the process of economic use.
