Prospects for updating the material and technical base of agro-enterprises on the basis of innovations

The paper studies the issue of using investment resources in order to restore the production potential of agro enterprises. The article generalizes theoretical researches on the provision of material and technical resources of agricultural producers. It is established and classified the group of factors which promote attraction of investments into agroindustrial complex, including the risks of innovation and investment activity in the agrarian sector. The research determines the stages of solving the tasks of investment activity in the agrarian sector.
