Strategy of Sustainable Land-Tenure Development at the Regional Level

Abstract

The article describes the stages of land-use strategy development in conditions of balanced development. Such strategies as the strategy of efficient use of available natural and resource potential of the regions, the strategy of land management development, the marketing strategy of land-use support, the economic stimulation strategy of a balanced development, the strategy of staff improvement , the strategy of creating an attractive investment climate in the united communities were proposed. The features of the proposed strategies are revealed .
